Disabled badge holders

Disabled badge holders are allowed to park free of charge without time limit in all spaces including disabled spaces on Lancaster City Council pay and display car parks with the following exceptions:

  • Marine Road No 1 and No 2  (opposite Yorkshire Bank and Nat West Bank): 2 hour time limit.
  • Marketgate, Lancaster: No exemption

Applying for a Blue Badge

The Blue Badge scheme is administered by Lancashire County Council. To apply for a Blue Badge and for further information about the scheme please see the Lancashire County Council Blue Badges page.
