Disabled Badge Holders
Disabled badge holders are allowed to park free of charge without time limit in all spaces including disabled spaces on city council pay and display car parks with the following exceptions:
- Marine Road No 1 and No 2 (opposite Yorkshire Bank and Nat West Bank) - 2 hour time limit.
- Marketgate, Lancaster - no exemption
