• Our pest control operatives all hold appropriate qualificiations in Pest Control and attend regular refresher courses.
• We comply fully with all relevant health and safety legislation and guidelines.
• We use only humane approved pesticides and techniques.
• All our customers are given safety data and a guide on "what to do" in the event of any emergency.

Environmental Protection

• You may be asked whether your really need a treatment - we don't use chemical pesticides unless we have to.
• We use chemical free methods where appropriate e.g. traps and biological pesticides.
• We liaise with beekeepers to recapture swarms of honeybees rather than destroying them.
• We remove surplus bait and rodent carcasses after treatment, and dispose of them properly.
• Our operatives are trained to minimise risk to animals other than those targeted.
• We will give you free advice and information on pest prevention and proofing methods, to reduce the need for further treatment.
• We try to use pesticides that have least negative environmental impact.
