Planning Committee - Dates, Agendas, Reports and Minutes
The Planning and Highways Regulatory Committee meets monthly to consider planning applications and highways issues of a complex or contentious nature.
Lancaster City Council uses a Committee Administration System to manage the committee process, which is updated regularly by Democratic Services.
- Committee meetings are scheduled at least 3 months in advance of the meeting
- The Committee Agenda and Reports will be available online 7 days before the meeting
- Draft Minutes of the Committee Meeting will be available within 2 weeks of the meeting
- Approved Minutes will be available within a week of them being approved at the following Committee meeting.
