- Please do not report a bin as 'missed' until 24 hours after it was due to be collected.

- We have spare parts - you can order new bin lids, pins and wheels.

Bulky Waste Removal
We will collect unwanted bulky items from your home for a small fee.
- To arrange a collection, call customer services on 01524 582491.
- Removal costs £18 for up to 3 items. Each additional item costs £6.

Street Cleaning
We aim to provide and maintain a clean and litter-free environment throughout the district.
- We clean all main shopping roads daily
- We clean areas with litter problems once each day Monday to Friday
- We clean residential roads on a scheduled basis
