Application History
Community Windpower originally submitted a scheme for 20 wind turbines. This application, reference number 09/01068/FUL was refused by Lancaster City Council on 31/03/2010.
An appeal against refusal was submitted (LCC reference 10/00022/REF, Planning Inspectorate Reference APP/A2335/A/10/2136414) but was withdrawn by Community Windpower before the inquiry commenced.
Community Windpower submitted a revised scheme for 13 turbines following the refusal of the 20 turbine scheme. Full details of this application: Click to view the details. They submitted an appeal against non-determination as LCC did not determine the application in 13 weeks. This appeal was withdrawn prior to determination.
