Consultation in Lancaster Charter Market
DPD Timetable
The council are currently preparing the Land Allocations DPD and Development Management DPD and are working to the timetable outlined below. It is hoped that the preparation of both DPDs will keep to the dates below, however there are many challenges which need to be overcome before the documents can be adopted. Any changes to the DPD timetable will be updated on the website as soon as possible.

The consultation reports on the findings of the Development Management Development Plan Document (DPD) and the Land Allocations DPD Developing the Options consultations are now available to download from the Consultations page.
It is anticipated that the next stage of consultation on the Draft Preferred Options of the Development Management DPD and Land Allocations DPD will be held during summer 2012.

Using our online consultation system is the easiest way to make your comments. Simply register or log in by going to Lancaster City Council's consultation portal page. This will also register you on our Local Development Framework (LDF) database and keep you up to date with progress of the LDF.
You can also email your comments or post them to the council. Please be aware that all responses to public consultation will be published on the website.
