Swim Timetable

We are delighted to announce that the swimming pool has now re-opened to the public.

We have taken advice from Swim England and thoroughly assessed the area to enable us to operate within the current government guidelines.

Due to this we will be operating a revised timetable with reduced capacities for the time being.

In order to adhere to the NHS Track & Trace system, all customers will need to pre-book their session in advance. Unfortunately we are unable to accept 'walk in' customers at this time.

In order to adhere to government guidelines, please be aware of the following measures:

  • We have reduced the amount of people allowed in each session to a maximum of 20.

  • We have increased the time between each session starting to allow for social distancing and cleaning.

  • We have reduced the amount of changing rooms, lockers and seating available to allow for social distancing.

  • We have provided hand sanitising stations for customers to use.

  • Please only bring essential items with you.

  • You will be signed in at Main Reception on arrival to the centre based on your online booking, we are unfortunately unable to accept ‘walk in’ customers at this time.

  • There is a queuing system in place, and a one way system around the centre so please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session time to allow for these new measures.

  • The pool-side changing rooms and toilets will be open, but only accessible to swimmers and swim spectators.

  • Where possible, arrive ‘ready to swim’ with your swimwear on under your clothes, to reduce the amount of time needed in the changing area.
  • Give everyone space and adhere to social distancing as must as possible.

Admission policy

Please note that children under the age of eight years MUST be accompanied at all times in the water by a responsible person of at least 16 years of age.

One responsible person may accompany two children, under the age of eight in the water at all times. However, only one child may be under the age of five years. Children's swimming ability will NOT override this policy under any circumstances.

Children who wear armbands or use floatation aids are not permitted in the deep end of the pool or on the giant inflatable during floats sessions due to health and safety restrictions. Children may also be asked to conduct a swim test if the lifeguards on duty do not feel they are safe to be in the deep end or on the giant inflatable.

In the interest of the safety of our swimmers, lifeguards are able to restrict pool usage at their discretion.
