Salt Ayre boasts a wide variety of fitness classes, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Unlimited classes are available as part of our membership packages, or non-members can pay as you go; see our price list for further information.
All of our classes are led by trained professionals who will ensure that you get the most out of the session, and operate within a safe and friendly environment.
Unfortunately our fitness classes cannot be pre-booked at this time and so please ensure you arrive early to secure your place and avoid disappointment.

Aerobics - Exercise to music. Improve fitness, burn fat and tone muscle.
Aqua Fit - Aerobics adapted for the pool. Low impact aerobic and toning workout that avoids stress on the joints.
Aqua Zumba TM - Join the Zumba pool party! Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.
Body Fit - A great all round workout that combines aerobics, core strengthening and body conditioning. Burn fat, improve your fitness and tone your body.
Body Power - Feel the benefits of the 'after burn' effect with this intense workout using free-weight and bodyweight exercises to ramp up your metabolism, tone your muscles and increase your strength and power.
Body Pump TM - A motivating and rewarding class designed to shape and tone muscles and get results fast. This class uses free weight exercises under expert instruction.
Boot Camp - A great all-round workout inspired by military circuit training using a range of equipment and weights. Boot Camp Xtra Power up your Boot camp with with an extra class of high-intensity training. Working in a small group, this class provides 1-2-1 support for anyone serious about their fitness.
Circuits - A selection of popular cardio and weight training exercises brought together to form one circuit of training. A great way to improve your fitness, strength and toning. Choose your level and go for it. A Boxercise circuit includes pad work and boxing elements.
Fusion - Prepare yourself for an exciting blend of high intensity interval training which can include kettlebells, boxing moves, skipping, bodyweight exercises and an array of favourites from other classes.
High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) - This 30 minute, full body high intensity interval class will send your energy levels through the roof! Launch your metabolism into overdrive to burn fat for hours after the workout.
Insanity - This class will push your past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training.
Kettlebells - Using a selection of hand held weights, this class sets a number of exercises to music. It's a great way to lose fat and tone up whilst improving strength, power, co-ordination, joint mobility and endurance.
Kettlebell Blast - A 30 minute full body workout incorporating kettlebell and bodyweight exercises to blast off fat, tone muscles and increase your cardio fitness.
Metafit - Burning fat by raising your resting metabolism, Metafit combines traditional bodyweight exercises with high intensity interval and Tabata training.
Pilates - Re-balance, re-shape and tone your body. Improves posture, strength and flexibility.
Piloxing Knockout - A new high intensity workout, mixing up plyometrics and boxing with functional training.
PiYo Live - Combining the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements to define every single muscle.
Running Club - The perfect way to improve technique of help train for your first 5K. A beginners or intermediate group led by friendly staff.
Step and Shape - Improve your lower body tone, aerobic fitness and co-ordination with this workout on the Reebok step.
SupercycTM - A powerful workout using stationary exercise bikes. This popular class demands maximum motivation and endurance.
Tai Chi - An ancient Chinese exercise that uses gentle flowing movements to reduce stress, increase stamina and strengthen body and mind.
Total Body Conditioning - This session uses light weights to strengthen and tone key muscle groups and target areas. A great way for anyone to shape up fast.
Yoga - The ancient meditative technique that can improve relaxation, balance and flexibility. Using a combination of slow, precise movements and stretching tone up, lose weight and feel invigorated.
Zumba - This high energy and dynamic dance-based workout fuses Latin and international rhythms with a fun and exciting workout. A great way to burn calories, tone your body and have fun.
