Our swimming lesson programme follows the Amateur Swimming Association's national plan for teaching swimming - a nationally recognised programme covering all aspects of swimming from non-swimmer to competition level.

Over 1000 children and adults are involved in the programme, which operates at our community pool in Carnforth and at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre.

Please note that children must be five years old or attending school in the term when they will be five years old to access the ASA programme.
