Steps2Health Walk

Our walks will be commencing on Tuesday 2nd April 1pm-3pm. Please meet at Happy Mount Park cafe.

The walks are designed to go at an easy pace, provide gentle exercise in a friendly group and help your mobility. At the end of the walk there is an opportunity to visit the cafe and enjoy tea or coffee and a chat.

Many of our packs that we use in our workshops are available to download for free. Follow the links in our downloads section.
