Illumination

Aperture by Claire Norcross
Lighting Designer Claire Norcross is developing a feasibility study for a series of 'contemporary illuminations' in Morecambe. The Morecambe project, which is funded by Arts Council England and Lancashire County Council, was partly inspired by the recent development of innovative contemporary lighting festivals such as Radiance in Glasgow, and partly by Morecambe's traditional history of illuminations. The project has formed part of the Design LAB MA course at Manchester Metropolitan University, where Claire is a Creative Director.
Claire has also been creating some designs for Morecambe's Christmas Lights.
