West End Gardens on Morecambe promenade
West End Gardens offers a welcome place to relax, three play areas for different ages of children, water features, a new cafe, and sculptures by artist Stephen Broadbent. It is located between The Battery and Regent Road, on Morecambe promenade.
About the artist
Stephen Broadbent was born in Wroughton in 1961 and educated in Liverpool. He has worked as an artist for the past 26 years, following an initial period of study under the sculptor Arthur Dooley. Stephen had his first one-man exhibition in London in 1982. In the early 1990’s he established the creative design company ‘Broadbent’.
