River Rocks by Colin Reid, River Lune Millennium Park

River Rocks by Colin Reid, River Lune Millennium Park

Lancaster City Council performs a strategic role in advocating the arts for the district. The wealth of talent, skills and entrepreneurship in the creative sector is the fourth most concentrated in the Northwest, behind Liverpool, Manchester and Preston, which is amazing, despite our size.

The City Council has created an excellent document which showcases the creative skills of our artists, arts organisations and projects to date.
The document looks to the future to some of the more innovative activities that we will be involved with which, we hope, will increase the aspirations of future artists and arts organisations.
