Lancaster City Council Junior Rangers

Happy Mount Park Bird Boxes
Lancaster City Council are proud to announce our new Junior Ranger Workshops!
The Junior Ranger Workshops are run by Lancaster City Council's Senior Ranger, and are aimed to enable children to gain the basic knowledge and experience of practical conservation within our parks.
The workshops provide opportunities for children to get hands on experience and are designed to show the importance of our local parks in terms of providing habitats for our native and endangered species. These kinds of activities are aimed to help build an appreciation for the surrounding greenspace around us that we all take for granted.
