Get 1-to-1 with affordable personal fitness training
Personal training at Salt Ayre
We've introduced great value personal fitness training for all of our customers. From just £5 per session, the new service is available to anyone who is keen to get 1-2-1 support and advice on how to lose weight, tone up or build up endurance or fitness levels.
The personal training will make use all the centre’s facilities including the athletics track, synthetic pitch, cycle track, gym and cross-training suite.
The training costs £5 for existing gym members for a 55 minute session and just £10 for non-members. Sessions can be made available for two people for those who want to work out with a friend.

All aboard the ghost ship!
Bring your friends and family to jump aboard a spooky new ghost ship that’s mysteriously floated its way into our main pool. The ghost ship appears every Saturday afternoon and includes over 15 metres of inflatable slides, climbs and obstacles that would appeal to young swimmers who are confident in deep water.
This inflatable fun and floats session also includes a varied range of fun floats and music and the popular waterslide and spa pool will also be open.
- Every Saturday from 2pm to 3.30pm
- Costs £4 for adults and £3 for juniors.
- Family tickets (2 adults and 2 children) are also available for £12.
- Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied in the water by an adult.

Swimming for the over 60s
Free swimming for the over 60s ended in 2010 due to government cuts in public spending, but there are still some great value choices to help you keep fit:

• 6 month 60+ swim pass (anytime) £118
