Carnforth swimming pool
Carnforth swimming pool is situated in the grounds of Carnforth High School, off Kellet Road.
Carnforth's weekly timetable includes casual swimming and a range of sessions, including over 50s swimming, children's fun sessions and weekly Aqua Fit classes. Children's swimming lessons from Beginners to Advanced are available throughout the week.

Parent and Child 11am to 1145am.
Tuesday
Aquafit 11am to 12 noon
Wednesday
Public Swimming 6.30am to 8am.
Adults Only 7.45pm to 9pm.
Thursday
Aquafit 7.30pm to 8.30pm
Adults Only 8.30pm to 9.30pm.
Friday
Public Swimming 9.15am to 10.15am
Over 50's Swim 12.15pm to 1.15pm
Public Swimming 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
Saturday
Public Swimming 1pm to 3pm.
Sunday
Public Swimming 9am to 10am
Family Fun Swim 10am to 12 noon.
Bank Holidays: Carnforth Pool is closed on all Bank Holidays, including Good Friday, Easter Monday, May Bank Holiday, Spring Bank Holiday Monday and the August Bank Holiday Monday.

Swimming Pool Admissions Policy
Children under the age of 8 years MUST be accompanied at all times in the water by a responsible person of at least 16 years of age.
One responsible person may accompany 2 children, under the age of 8 in the water at all times. However, only one child may be under the age of 5 years. Children's swimming ability will NOT override this policy under any circumstances.
