Making representations at Planning Committee

You can submit a written representation to the Planning Regulatory Committee to oppose, support or comment on any planning application that is reported to them for determination, which will be read out at the meeting subject to the requirements set out in the Procedural Rules for Planning Committee Virtual Meetings.

Please note that this is a different process to making comments on planning applications.  These comments will be considered by the case officer as part of their assessment of the application.

You must submit your written representation by email to the address below between the publication of the relevant Committee agenda and midday on the Tuesday before the Planning Regulatory Committee meeting when it takes place on a Monday. All written representations must include: your name, telephone number, address, the Planning Application number and whether your representation is in favour or against the item.

For full details please see Procedure Rules for Planning Committee Virtual Meetings (PDF).
