Speak at Planning Committee

You can make an oral presentation to the Planning and Highways Regulatory Committee to oppose, support or comment on any planning application.

You must give notice by email, telephone or in writing before 12 noon on the Thursday before the Planning Committee meeting when it takes place on a Monday. All requests to speak must include: your name, telephone number, address, the Planning Application number and whether you wish to speak in favour or against the item.

Please note the amended public speaking deadlines for the following Planning Committee meetings:

Friday 6th April 2018 Planning Committee – public speaking deadline is 12 noon Wednesday 4th April 2018.

Wednesday 9th May 2018 Planning Committee – public speaking deadline is 12 noon Friday 4th May 2018.

This is a result of the 2017/18 timetable scheduling and bank holidays in between.
