Speak at Planning Committee

You can make an oral presentation to the Planning and Highways Regulatory Committee to oppose, support or comment on any planning application.

You must register to speak by email, telephone or in writing before 12 noon on the Thursday before the Planning Committee meeting when it takes place on a Monday. All requests to speak must include: your name, telephone number, address, the Planning Application number and whether you wish to speak in favour or against the item.
