Highway Faults

Lancashire County Council is the highway authority and maintains the highway via its Lancashire Highways agency.

• See the Lancashire Highways website for information on street lighting, signage, pot holes, gritting, local roadworks, skip and scaffolding permits, and all other highways related issues.
• To report a highway fault, or if you have any query about the highway, call 0845 053 0011 or report a highway fault online.

Enforcement and Penalty Charge Notices (PCN)

The enforcement of on-street parking restrictions in the district is the responsibility of Lancashire Parking Services, part of Lancashire County Council. On their website you can:
