How to book at The Platform

In person at our visitor information centres

Morecambe Visitor Information Centre, The Old Station, Central Promenade, Morecambe (see map below).

Lancaster Visitor Information Centre, The Storey Creative Industries Centre,Meeting House Lane, Lancaster (see map below).

Opening hours for tickets

Easter to September: 7 days a week (Mon-Sat 9.30am to 5pm. Sun 10am to 4pm).
October to Easter: 6 days a week (Mon-Sat 9.30am to 5pm)

Most major credit and debit cards are welcome, but please note that there is a transaction charge of £1 per booking.

Office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please leave a message on the answering machine at other times.

Customers with a disability

Facilities for people with disabilities include full level access and toilet facilities for wheelchair users. We have a hearing loop. Guide dogs and other Registered Service Dogs welcome.

We appreciate advance notice if customers use wheelchairs so that we can make arrangements.

Customers with a disability are entitled to all concessionary prices and the rocket discount.

Age Restrictions

Please note that due to the current licensing restrictions, unless otherwise specified, all main events are open to over 18s only, or over 14 years of age if accompanied by an adult.
