Quality groups

We have a number of Quality Groups which meet quarterly. There are separate groups which focus on the following areas of the service:

  • Leaseholders
  • Repairs
  • Tenancy and Neighbourhood Management

The main role of these groups is to review, monitor and make recommendations for improvements. If you are interested in getting involved in a Quality Group or would just like to find out more, why not get in touch using the contact details at the bottom of the page.

Each Quality Group develops an annual action plan to work on throughout the year which includes the main aims for the group to achieve during the year.
