We believe residents should be able to find information about how Council Housing services are managed, how decisions are made, and how services are performing.
Many documents are already available on our website, including: performance information; tenant engagement information; meeting agendas and minutes; policies and strategies; and annual reports.
Council tenants have rights to request information held by Lancaster City Council. You can make a Freedom of Information request using the council's online process here.
