Over the next couple of weeks, we will be going live with a new solution which replaces the current PIN number-based service. You will receive an e-mail about these changs from a trusted gov.notify service and we want you to know that these emails are genuine and safe. The email you receive will explain the changes in more detail, that’s all. This new system will be going live shortly so keep a look out in your inbox.

For benefit claimant landlords wishing to sign up, please use your landlord reference, contained on any letters sent to you and not the tenant’s own benefit reference.
