Les Mills NEW Release Launch Event
Celebrating Sue Taylor
Sunday 22nd June
Join us for a very special Les Mills launch as we come together to celebrate the life and legacy of our much-loved Sue Taylor.
Sue inspired so many of us to keep moving, stay positive and embrace fitness at every stage of life. This launch is dedicated to Sue and the incredible energy and light she brought to every space and every class.

Rookie Lifeguard - Block Booking
New block starting Monday 12th May!
For ages: 6 - 16 years and must be able to swim 25m confidently
Cost: £56 for 7 week block (please note under 8s must be accompanied by a non-participating adult)

Description: Rookie Lifeguard is a fantastic way for your children to learn more about how to stay safe in and around water. These sessions are delivered by experienced coaches from Young Lifesavers and will teach our Rookie Lifguards a vast range of skills which are designed to make them more confident in the water and to help them know what to do should they, their friends or their family get into trouble near water. Rookie Lifeguard is a great way to help your child enjoy a different side to swimming, one which encourages critical thinking, decision making and communication skills, all whilst having lots of fun at the same time!
