These reports detail the results of Lancaster City Council’s STAR customer satisfaction surveys, delivered by ARP Research, which aim to allow tenants and leaseholders to have a say about their home, the services they receive, and how these could be improved in the future. These reports have now been discontinued due to the implementation of Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
