Lancaster City Council's pest control service is delivered by a team of highly trained and experienced pest control operatives who provide services for the district's residential and commercial customers.

The service you can expect
We aim to provide a prompt response in all cases. Requests are dealt with in order of priority, with rats, cockroaches, fleas and bedbugs generally treated more urgently.
During the summer, the pest control service is particularly busy, and non-urgent requests may have to wait several days. In such cases you will be informed of the possible delay in order to give you the opportunity to use an alternative pest controller.
