Online and telephone payments will be unavailable from 1pm Monday 20 November to 12pm Tuesday 21 November due to an essential system upgrade.
Each year Lancaster City Council is required by law to canvass every household in the district and produce a Register of Electors.
This year's canvass is currently underway and residents will have received a Household Enquiry Form through their letterboxes asking them to update their details.
If there have been no changes in your household since the last canvass this should only take a few minutes and you can confirm your details using the quick and easy online system.
You will need to have the two part security number printed on the Household Enquiry Form to proceed.
Alternatively you can confirm your details using the telephone number provided on the form, or return your form in the post.
Anyone who does not return their form will receive a personal visit from one of the council’s team of canvassers later this summer, so save time and confirm your details now.
