Community Arts Project Grants

Lancaster City Council recognises the value, that independent, not-for-profit voluntary, professional and amateur groups can make in creating arts activities in the district for both residents and visitors. The City Council's Arts Development team invite applications from not-for-profit and voluntary sector groups that wish to organise arts projects that will fulfil the aims of this grant scheme. There are three deadlines per year; March 15th, August 15th and December 1st. Each award can be any amount up to £500 for each successful applicant. The arts can either be an extention of a project or the focus of a specific project.
